To help Dr. Pylant assess your dental and medical needs, he will do a thorough evaluation. During this initial appointment, he will evaluate your medical history, dental history, current dental conditions and needed treatment. After the extent of the disease has been determined, a thorough plan of action will be discussed with you prior to beginning any therapy. This will include a full review of findings, financial policies, insurance discussion and your ability to answer questions.
